no display with 580 gtx lightning - Page 2

The only test that hasn't been tried is trying your card in another PC, which actually has been tested now that I think about it since the MSI techs obviously slapped it in a test rig.

Nvidia says 600 watts will do. 244watts@full load = 20 12v amps.
The PSU has more that enough juice on the 12v rail =52 amps

Try this. With the computer on and booted up. Unplug the monitor from the(electrical) wall then plug it back in. Let the monitor find the new video card on auto. Some times new video cards can mess with monitor.

Of course, his issue is now to the point where trial and error is necessary.

Got the card today

installed it,this time changed position of my noctua d-14 position from gpu side to rams, getting display when the system boots it shows overclocking failed press F1 to reset bios, ignore it went directly to os, now its not detecting my ethernet port, uninstalled drivers restarted system, but system just shutdowns doesn't restart every time had to do manually, when turned on,it starts for 2-3 seconds and turns off and restarts, after some time doesn't even restart just on got 2-3 seconds turns off ,i thought may be rams, tried with single stick it starts without any problem, went to bios saved amd reseted settings, but same as before doesn't restart, and completely fails to turn, tried with both the sticks started without any problem.restarted,it doesn't turn on, may be randomly sometimes

Alright, are you sure that your rams are inserted correctly? Dual mode means both of them are in the same color. For example, both are in the blue slots. 1 and 3 for my motherboard. To completely reset your bios, remove the battery from your motherboard and then reinsert it in.
