'Dazmode.com' is a very respectable company (free 90 degree dual rotary fitting!)

There are a lot of horror story threads on these forums so I feel sometimes it is necessary to point out companies that treat their customers very well.

Recently I ordered a number of parts from Dazmode.com; the order was shipped very quickly. When I got my order, all parts were in good condition but there was one mixup - i received a 3/8 45 degree compression fitting instead of the 1/2 inch 3/4 inch 45 degree fitting I had ordered.

I contacted Dazmode via email and he responded with a couple of hours (on the weekend too!). Long story made short - Dazmode shipped back my correct part and he added in an extra 90 degree dual rotary bitspower shining silver fitting as well! I recognize that humans make mistakes - what's important is how they handle those mistakes - companies like Dazmode will continue to get my business and my recommendation.

Anyways, so as not to upset the people who think I may be spamming the watercooling section. Here is a preview of my next build:

Awesome. I noticed they had some nice looking T-Virus reservoirs for sale. I'm glad they are a reputable company. Thanks for the info

Good on them. Now I am checking out the website.

See what happens when you treat customers like people?

Gotta love Daz

I remember I was about to jump on a deal for 3 Gelid Wing's and a Xchanger 360 for about 150 bucks. Added with shipping, it was still cheaper to buy and ship to the US than to buy at sidewinders or elsewhere.

He's also really helpful. Check out his youtube channel.

Good to hear about a potential vendor that treats their customers like human beings and not another invoice number

Honestly he probably could have just included an apology note and I would have been very happy. It's nice to have people go above and beyond sometimes to help.

For example: Currently I'm dealing with Puralator shipping - they delivered my package to Ottawa, I missed it went to the depot to pick it up. The package was 2 feet in front of me but they said they couldn't give it to me cause I couldn't prove my address (i forgot a bill at home). They offered to redeliver it and I accepted. They then delivered it to Toronto (500 km away). They can't even tell me why, or even where its headed to next. All they could do was ask me to wait until Monday until it gets scanned again and that there was nothing they could do for me. No apology or admission of fault.

I'd be done my new build if it wasn't for Puralator.
