First of all your grammar is appalling.
And secondly, no, under interstate commerce laws you only have to pay tax if the store or company you are purchasing from has a presence within your state. The only states that have to pay tax on Amazon are ones in which Amazon has offices or warehouses owned by themselves, and not an affiliate.
