Get the Asus P8P67 Deluxe for $10 more.

The motherboard is out of stock though, although I still chose Auto-Notify anways, if I decide to wait.

You may end up buying another heatsink. Since you're getting fairly low profile RAM () you can put a Silver Arrow in as a cooler. They're available for $75. Comes with two PWM quiet fans. Then you'll never need another heatsink.

Newegg doesn't have Silver Arrow though, or am I missing it?

$74.99 here. ($5.03 shipping?)
$74.99 here. ($10.25 shipping?)
$79.99 here.
etc.

There is more to computer shopping than Newegg or Amazon.

Correct, but I am using my Newegg Prefered Account and paying half this month and half next month because I don't like paying in one lump sum (and this is my only credit card, so it helps build credit too).

I suppose I will just pay for the CPU Cooler out of pocket.
