Thread Starter
I am slowing acquiring parts for my upcoming WC build and I wanted to get the air cooling portion of my case worked out. Currently I am running a Lian Li PC-P50R with 2 front stock 120mm intake fans (1200 RPM bottom, 1000 RPM mid), 2 top stock 140mm exhaust fans (1000 RPM), and 1 rear 120mm exhaust fan (1500 RPM).

up until recently, i am fairly certain I had a negative air pressure problem because of increased dust build up at certain intake gaps in the case. however, removing my 2 GPU's to put up for sale and replacing them with vented rear spacers seems to have evened things out... at least it seems that way.

my plan is to install a top 280 radiator in conjunction with my 2 case fans and water cool the CPU and GPU, but I would prefer to lower the overall noise of the PC as well. I had considered taking out one of the front fans (this is the stock case configuration) to make room for my pump/resevoir, but that seems like way too much exhaust and not enough intake.

so basically i am looking for advice:

1. is my air pressure balanced based on the current fan setup I am running
2. looking for low noise red LED case fans, any advice or is the difference going to be minimal? most i have seen are plain black or odd colors.
3. will silent fans negatively/positvely affect my ability to keep the case and radiator cool?

Thanks in advance
