honestly, a loop will pretty much bleed itself if you keep your rad "top oriented" barb side of the rad up, and keep your res at the highest point in your loop.
My latest cpu look pretty much bled itself in like 10 minutes, after that it was just occasional micro bubbles for a day or so. If you have to run it out of the case until its good to go.
also as previously mentioned in this thread, running the pump at a lower speed does help a bit as well. I personally just use a test bench power supply unit and just change from 7v to 12v every 2-3 minutes for like 15 mins.
shaking the case in the right directions does help as well, just dont rotate the wrong and and introduce more air into you loop.
