Yes, but not really in a noticeable way.
The chip will most likely be way obsolete by the time it dies anyway, not an issue unless you plan on keeping it for a long, long time.

I mean , I want to use it min 5 years I dont think it will die before that time with 4.2 ghz ?

I doubt it, but you never know with hardware.
I'd take it down to 4.0GHz if I were you though. The extra 200MHz doesn't really help that much.

Depending on how you are using it. If you say 5 years on internet exploring and productivity works, I should say it is going to last up to 5 years ideally at your temps.

...but 5 years of gaming at 4.2 GHz? hmmmm, not really sure about this.

not exactly..as said before any clocks higher than the stated stock clock will surely decrease its life..but don't panic..if you're into performance that's the price you pay..either way for sure you will find yourself upgrading for the next couple of months..unless you really plan to use it to the last drop..
