What the hell.....
Looks like a monkey tried to use a soldering iron...wow....what's that thing soldered to anyway ? PCIE slots?

Looks like Stevie wonder tried soldering my DIMM connections while holding the solder gun between his anus cheeks eek.gif

Yes thats OTT, but it is extremely shoddy and shudn pass quality checks

It's the back of the DIMM slots.
No wonder the board was shorting out no matter what I tried

wow, that is bad
Just thought I would add in here that after a failed OC attempt my motherboard had the same problem, I reset the CMOS a couple times and it went away.

Heard my symptoms are a common p67 problem, but this defo seems my problem.

At least I can push for a new board seeing as its sent defective from thw factory / retailer
