OC'ing E6300 and ram

So I am brand new to overclocking even though i have always been interested in computers.

I read through some of the information and I figured out and got my E6300 up to 2.9Ghz from stock of 1.86. I have run prime95 without any errors and max temp under load at around 56C per core.

should i try and push it farther?

my next question is my ram, i am so unfamiliar with anything that is listed in my BIOS about ram i feel retarded. this is what it looks like before i started messing with oc'ing the cpu.

in this pic should i have changed the frequency latch? and my multiplier is actually 3.00A should i change that? and the ram speeds are all stock right now.

here is a pic of the advance timing controls.

I heard that my CPU is the bottle neck for my ram right now and that it is worth changing.

I guess over-all, i am just looking for pointers on what i could/should change.

thanks for that link, helpful.

i still dont know what frequency latch is or system memory multiplier or what they should be set to.

EDIT: Thanks google. Gonna try some things out. Will be back.

EDIT EDIT: So i have started to figure things out. I read somewhere that i should have the multiplier X fsb set for 1:1 with the ram, but try and have the lowest latch possible. So should i:

1) Stick to a lower fsb (445) and lower latch (266mhz) with my fsb X multiplier 1335:1333 ram
or
2) Go with higher fsb (475) and higher latch (400mhz) with my fsb X multiplier 1263:1333 ram?
