My Bulldozer Rig. - Page 3

You're probably better off waiting for the 900 series chipsets which come out around a week before Bulldozer itself I think

1000W (rather than the most expensive 1200) will probably cut it fine for two 6970s
Cheaper RAM (i.e. G.Skill 1600 7-8-7 ECOs) can still do the same timings as those PI for around 3/4 the cost

I know the difference my friend. I still believe that there are things that you don't need to ask for like building your hobby. It's not like he's buying a new car or building a home, or decided on what education the children will have. He's building a new rig for himself and in which I feel he shouldn't need to ask for. That's why my gf and maybe my future wife and I get along so well. I don't throttle her sports playing and girl parties and she doesn't my car build and rig building.

I would get a different watercooling solution. Also I read that seagates make bad hard drives. Finally the ram seems super expensive for only 8 gigs.
