parts list - overboard WC loop. Will this work?!

Hey! total noob to WC and Overclock.net. Helping a friend of mine build a watercooled rig and am trying to put together the parts list. We have about ~$4,000 budget and am trying to do a fully watercooled rig (CPU, GPU, mobo, RAM) We're using the Corsair 800D case, the EK Supreme HF360 kit, and an EK 140XTC rad on the back (which from what I've been reading will fit).

Question: Will the pump that comes with the EK kit (EK-DCP 4.0) push all of that, or does the pump need to be upgraded? Or does this need to be broken out into two loops?

ALSO: What order would you build the loop? (pump>rad1>CPU>etc...) If you think it should be two loops, how would you order it then.

Below is my parts and price list. Any of the WC parts (in bold) you would totally switch out? And if yes, why?

Personally not a fan of water cooling ram, not much of a benefit seen there.

Also, loop order doesn't really matter unless you're really pinchin for every last degree.
Just run it in the easiest and best looking order.

Might want to consider doing a custom loop at that budget, too.

Yea ram and chipset under water is a waste of money imo. Unless your doing it for the "omg thats cool" effect, then it would be money well spent.

Well yeah, there is definitely an element of "Pimp My Ride" going on here But I just need to make sure that it's functional and not worse than the alternative. I'm concerned that the pump that comes with the EK Supreme HF 360 kit won't be able to drive all of this.
