CPU: i5-2500K
Mobo: Asus P8P67 Pro
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 w/ stock fans & MX-4 thermal paste (it's cheaper where I am than the silver arrow)
The MSI P67A-GD65 is also on par with the ASUS.

When building a SB rig there's a ton of very good and cheap parts to throw together.

The D14 and Silver Arrow are so close to performance it comes down to price, availability, and looks really.

I think using a better thermal paste will also help a bit, switching from that mx 4 to ic diamond will knock of 2-3c easy

You get Noctua's thermal paste with the NH-D14, just fyi.
