HD3000 won't keep "Maintain Aspect Ratio"

I set "Maintain Aspect Ratio" in the Control panel and each time I load it up it resets back to "Scale Full Screen". It used to work before...

Nvm, fixed it. When running at the native resolution in desktop will not allow you to enable the feature.

My ram is suppose to be running at 1333, but for some reason it is running at 800 Nvm, CPU only supports a max of DDR3-800. Any ideas on how to fix on an HP laptop? I've updated the BIOS and downloaded Turbo Boost.
