Two RAID array's on one on-board controller?

Thread Starter
So here's my situation, i have 2 WD blacks in raid 0 currently, and i recently bought 2 F3's and i actually have lots of my data on my blacks and would like to switch my OS to F3 while at the same time maintaining my files on the currnt blacks by maintaining the black's raid. so the question is if the onboard controller would be able to support 2 different raid arrays? as in 2x640gb + 2x500gb.

PS: i do not want 4x500gb. =)

Thanks in advance.

Yep.
They'll have their own ID and keep to themselves if you assign them to a separate array number.
