Amd x6 1090t with thermalright silver arrow

Hi

I got a question i putted today a new cpu cooler thermalright silver arrow but the temprature when i game is under the 45 is that good or not. I used before a stock cooler but the temprature i reached are 62, 63?.

Well expensive or not, make sure you check the ratings on it. Check how good the heatsink is, how much air the fan moves, etc

Check reviews on the product

If you're not happy with it, assuming there is a heatsink for it, take off the heat sink and reapply the thermal paste with some good paste like Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound.

30º when gaming? Thats an idle temp, 30 degrees in gaming for air its quite low.

45º is good. Try to take temp when the procesor is at 100% load using an extress tool, if its under 55-60 its all right; as I saw in some reviews over there, you should look some and compare results with your owns

EDIT: and as Drybones5 says, if you are not happy, Artic Silver 5 can help you.

I run prime 95 one hour the temprature are below 45.
