Sub-$50 Keyboards with red or multi colored backlight?

post #1 of 7

Hey guys, I'm looking for a keyboard to go with my first build in a few weeks, and I'm looking for some keyboard suggestions. I don't really want a mechanical board because of the price and noise. How is the Saitek Cyborg V5?

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Cyborg-CCB44026N002-06-1-Keyboard/dp/B002SAJCYU/ref=pd_cp_e_1"]Amazon.com: Cyborg V.5 Keyboard: Electronics[/ame]

Thanks in advanced

You could check out the Microsoft Sidewinder x6 keyboard

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823109063&cm_re=microsoft_sidewinder_keyboard-_-23-109-063-_-Product

While its 70$, I got it during boxing week sales a few years ago for 40$, what a steal. I have seen it below 50$ periodically during some newegg sales

If I were you I would go with the Logitec g110. Beautiful keyboard. My dream keyboard. I believe it is mechanical, but the price is right and it is an incredible keyboard. It has macro-abilities, hundreds of colors for back-light choices, and assignable keys. It is also wired, which is better than wireless imo.

$80 Right on the Logitec site but here:http://www.ecrater.com/p/11214179/logitech-g110-gaming-keyboard It's only $47.50 (including shipping)

I really recommend [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Saitek-Eclipse-Backlit-Keyboard-PK02AU/dp/B000H6AY6M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1305480497&sr=8-1"]Saitek Eclipse 2[/ame], it is an awesome keyboard, with 4 different backlit colors, it is awesome to type and game on. It also have a palm rest and a cool design. I even had Saitek Eclipse 3 first, but I like the Saitek Eclipse 2 better, due to comfort. Best thing is that Saitek Eclipse 2 cost less than 50 bucks on amazon.com.
