Support ATI CrossfireX
Do not overclock a 6 core CPU on a 4+2 phase motherboard, you will end up destroying the board due to the VRMs being overloaded.

If you want a new board on the cheap, I suggest an ASRock 890GX Extreme3/4. (The extreme4 is the same as the 3, but it has UEFI and the AM3+ socket)

If you don't want to save much, I do suggest the ASRock boards, they're a good AU$30-AU$50 cheaper than a Gigabyte or ASUS board of similar caliber.

WHen that board came out everyone was ocing on it. I think its ok. Maybe try a different version of prime? I had some weird issues with it before and I downloaded a different version and it fixed the issue.

Or maybe try linx or ibt. It looks like you are in windows with all cores at 100% and 4ghz so things are looking good. Just keep stressing.

Probably the funniest thing I've read in a while.

Don't overclock on a biostar, buy an asrock

Prime is stressing all cores your windows are just messed up.

Also if I do manage to get it stabe at 4.0 which ive had not much luck when stressing it. Anyways so at 4.0 if i can get there i should really only have to worry about cpu temps and not so much my board? Just asking b/c id like to have it at 4.0 always figured it would be better for gaming correct?

Yeah don't even worry about the board temp.

I see with prime, that's a little odd, try an older version.
