First, I don't know that e-tailer (I am in the US) so I would do some searching on that first.
The 2500k is a solid performer, and the P8P67 is a good mobo, but if you plan to SLI/CF you will want to get the Pro version or better.
I have never heard of the PSU brand, I would try to find a good corsair/seasonic/antec unit. As far as watts, if you do not plan to SLI/CF I would look for the 550-650 range.
I have never heard of that RAM brand either, but you need dual channel (2 sticks) of ram, not 3, and preferably rated for 1.5volts and 1333/1600.

Ram is triple channel...you need dual channel. Also need to upgrade a heatsink for the CPU. No GPU(s)?

Everything else looks fine if not the ram though.
The ram is 1.5-1.6, preferably you want 1.5 or lower for SB.
Second it is triple channel, which cannot be used to it's potential with a dual channel mobo.

Thanks, what do you think to this ram then
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=8&subcat=1517

And anyone reccomend a cheap cooler for the processor? want to overclock to around 4.5ghz, heatsink comes on a cooler right? xD
Will i need to buy some paste

My corsair tx650w just broke and I have wanted to buy a new processor for a while. So decided to do it now since I'd have to mess about with all the wires anyway if I just replaced the power supply.

Does the power supply Have all the right connections on it for what I have, I also have 2 sata hdds.

thanks
