The way I look at August competition;
Highest Clock Speed -> Phenom IIs should have an advantage here (6GH+ is not that hard with appropriate cooling)... That is unless someone here has a 7GH+ Celeron hiding in the closet...
Lowest Clock Speed -> I really don't understand this one well... You want to see how much I can slow my chip? Again; AMD systems that have CnQ will go as low as 800MHz. I just don't see the point of this race.
Maximum Base/FSB Speed -> S775 should dominate here; other than that, AMD will take it again since the newer Intel platforms are bclck limited to a max of 260ish for X58 (and that was one guy with a GA-X58-OC and some highly binned CPUs)
Maximum Memory Clock: X58 or SB will take this.
So the question is... Will there be a single winner for the whole thing? Or can we compete only in the categories where we have a chance? I am sure I can try and bring the pain on the Max CPU Clocks, Min CPU Clocks and Max FSB, but Max Memory Clock will not be kind to my 955 and its week IMC that won't go past 1800MHz.
