So you have Launcher7...

Here's where I got the other applications.

Unless you are on AT&T with an Android phone, sideloading apps is very easy. Under Settings > Applications > Check Unknown Sources.

Sideload wonder still makes it pretty easy for AT&T but root is the best option

Are there any specific roms that address a more efficient usage of battery power? The one negative thing the inspire is its battery.

If you're rooted, download SetCPU. You can set a profile so when the screen is off it will downclock all the way. HTC is known for having not that great of battery life on newer phones but that should help. On AT&T though I think I would of went for the Infuse 4G, unlocked bootloader with Super AMOLED PLUs goodness. Or Since you already have an iPhone the Samsung Galaxy S2 will be out in a few months as well as the AT&T Samsung Attain I believe.

I have one as well. Waiting on the Galaxy 2 to come out in Canada before probably getting a new phone. Still won't even use half the features of it but having the same phone for six years or so is kind of dull.

I still have my v3x! has a nice screen.... just as clear and vibrant as most today. I lasted 5 years with it and switched to a HTC desire. Fell too far behind lol

i was going to wait for the infuse, but its a bigass phone. and i got a great deal on the inspire. it cost me $40 for the inspire, instead of $200 for the infuse. im so used to the iphone, that even the inspire was a big jump in size. the infuse is just too big.
