Asus Xonar DX or x-fi Xtreme Music

its going to be used for playing music mostly, its is £32 for x-fi Xtreme Music or £50 for the Asus Xonar DX is it worth paying the extra few quid would you say?

I believe the xonar is a better sound card then the Xfi card. but it all depends on what sound system is being used.

ok so what makes that one worth the extra,will there be a noticeable sound quality increase? and i have 4 165w speakers with Frequency response - 20-90KHz (they are car speakers exchanged for ones i had in housings as are better)the thing is they will be run though an amp will that effect the quality?
