Sweet, thanks martin biggrin.gif

EDIT: Loving the new additions you've added for blocks/pumps, etc.

Keep it up!

EDIT 2: Quick question, what is the Fan Mod section for? It only goes up to 28%.

Thanks!

Play around with it and let me know if something seems out of place. I did more changes than I normally like to make and likely made and error or two some place.

480 block should be around the equivalent of a 570/580 block, as for the 560 and 590 I have no idea.

does this seem about right?

building an externally housed loop with MCP35X, 2 RX360's to cool a i5-2500k and single 570 SC (second card to come later).

I should be flowing about .90 Gpm ? and looking at just over 5 Deg Delta T? or there abouts. I think from what I am reading I am a bit overkill for the stuff I have now, but should be still in the comfort zone with a second 570.

Just want to be sure I am using the spreadsheet right.

Try changing those Nylon elbows to something else, IIRC those are the ones that restrict flow.

EDIT: Maybe it's the Apogee block itself, changed from an EK to the XT Rev 2 and I saw a massive drop in GPM.

EDIT 2: Quick question, what is the Fan Mod section for? It only goes up to 28%.

Thanks, the fan mod section is meant to give you some shroud factors and push/pull factors from this old test:

http://martinsliquidlab.petrastech.com/Radiator-Fan-Orientation-And-Shroud-Testing-Review.html

A shroud is worth about 15% gains and push/pull about 25%...etc.
FanShroudTest3-38mm2000.png

Most of those rad tests were all done with a single fan in pull, so if you are doing push/pull or shrouding, you can bump those results using the fan modification factors. It's not perfect, but a way to adjust the rad results to better fit variations.

Bummer, can't download this here at school.

Martin, does this spreadsheet have a stock MCP350 (DDC-1) as a pump option? tongue.gif
