Sapphire 5770, screen going black wont recover?

Today I woke up and my pc screen was black, I went ahead and rebooted, rebooted just fine.

Got back into windows, and the screen turned red with white lines... So I rebooted again

Now everytime it boots up, it gets into windows, then about 30-60 seconds later the screen goes black, and it just never recovers.

Windows 7 64bit latest drivers
Sapphire 5770 not overclocked with 11.5 drivers

I tried booting in safe mode and all was fine, I stayed in safe mode about 10 minutes and it didn't mess up. But I couldn't uninstall drivers.... I tried to remove the video drivers, no go.

I just let my PC boot up and sit at the windows login screen for around 5 minutes, no black screen.
About 20 seconds after logging in it goes black
