worth water cooling a mobo

ok I have a good ? for you
as you all know I have a WC voodoo5500, I'm going to replace it with a newer video card
and retire the v5.5k to a old Piii system

thing is, I have two good WB's left over
this and this

so I have a few ideas
1:water cool the new gpu and the mobo in the old system
2:water the gpu and the north bridge in my sigrig
3:water cool the north bridge and south bridge in my sigrig and leave the new gpu on air

is water cooling a mobo like mine wroth the trouble of getting new fittings/tubing
and the work ext. (was going to buy new tubing already)

also my south bridge has a heat pipe going up to the north bridge
so removing that will be a good bit of work

what would you do OCN?
I don't think WC'ing south bridge is worth it, but the heat pipe...
plus the stock mobo heatsink looks cool in my sig rig

If your board has bad cooling, then it might be worth it to. But it is really up to you if the money is worth it to you. Most boards don't get hot enough to make cooling them worth it. If I had to cool some part of my motherboard, then I would do the chipset. The mosfets if you are going for a really heavy overclock.

I did add a fan to the mobo runs on the worm side
and my mobo mosfets runs cold like 50c full lode if I recall
it has a fan on it and a exhaust port on the io panel

I just want to know what gets me the farthest

EDIT: the new gpu in the old rig will be a bfg 7600gs oc

Water cooling a LGA 775 P45 board has some benefits, youll get a slightly higher overclock if your FSB is holding you back for a start. I personally would not watercool my graphics cards since they are the hardware that gets pulled out the most and would be a pain if i had to dump my loop every time i wanted to pull a card out. I see a point in cooling the northbridge since they can get hot when you push them, but watercooling the southbridge is pointless since it doesnt run that hot, isnt overclocked and can handle some pretty high temps

well I do get stuck with the fsb and OC'ing
and the old rig's gpu is going to stay with it for the rest of it's life (old rig is old)

EDIT: my mobo is a x38 board
