hi guys i want a new build and i stuck wondering what should i get

the budget allow me to get

MB ELITEGROUP AMD 750GM-M SOKA AM3 + DDR3 SB+LAN+VGA
With Athlon 640x4

OR
Msi 760G-p33 this board as MSI claims it will support the Bulldozer
asus M4N68T V2
asus M4A78LT-M LE

with AMD Phenom II x2 555 Black edition

i will use the build to work on After effect cs5 + Gimp or photoshop

so what shall i choose

i looked up at Toms hardware charts
I found that 640 Did pretty well on After effect Cs5

and i can't rule out the chance that i can unlock the x2 555 to x4

so what shall i chose

You're running an i5 at the moment? If you're on a budget you could stick with that system and upgrade the video card. Possibly a 6850 or 6950 depending on your budget,
Or the equivalently priced nivida cards.
Unless you really want a new system. If I had to pick out of those 2 I would go the x2 black with an asus board (they've never failed me)
Just as a heads up the i5 will be faster than either of those 2 amd cpus, sad but true.

If you're going to use it for After effects and photoshop and GIMP, go a little bit more powerful with the Phenom II x4

Don't forget to get a good amount of ram. 4GB DDR4 1600mhz is about $40

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277

None of the boards I see there support 1600mhz with out OC which would be preferred I believe.

If you want the motherboard to be Bulldozer compatible for sure, wait a few weeks as AM3+ motherboards start pouring in from manufactures for the release of the Bulldozer family.

AM3+ supports bulldozer and all AM3 cpus like the phenom series and latest Athlon series.

Also looks for a motherboard that supports a memory standard with 1600 at least so you can use that 4GB of DDR3 1600. They are actually the cheapest 4GB DDR3 GSKILL cards I found, less than their 1333, so why not.

I don't know what Aftereffects requires for graphic cards but you can go low end with say a 5570 or less maybe

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-874-_-Product

Phenom II x4 955 BE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-808-_-Product

So

Motherboard AM3+ with 1600mhz memory $100 maybe?

Phenom II X4 955 BE 3.2GHz $120

Sapphire Radeon HD 5570 1GB $60

Gigabyte Mid Tower $40

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811233062

Corsair CX430 430watt PSU $50

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139026

WD 500GB HDD 7200rpm 32MB $45

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136073

$405?

If the programs don't need a graphics card, go even less or non at all saving you $60 ($345)

so shall i take the 555 or 640 i saw on Toms hardware chart
that 640 is better at rendering graphics be cause i think graphic rendering depend on the cores

and i don't want to rule out the 555 because it can be Unlocked to x4

I say Phenom II x4 955 because the Athlon II x4 640 at 3ghz is $100 and the Phenom II x4 955 at 3.2ghz is $120

The Phenom II x2 555 at 3.4GHz is $110

And again on the board, do you or do you not want Bulldozer support (Am3+)

I wouldn't rely on AM3 boards with bios upgrades, just saying. If you want to support the new bulldozer series, you have to wait to try the very early released am3+ boards out now.
