How about dual 580's? If I wanted to up it to a 1000w or 1200w which would be some good ones? The AX1200 being an obvious one of course.

Dual 580s only need a quality 750W.

HALE90 is a good PSU I have the 750W version, but it comes in 650W, 750W, 850W and 1000W.

Flat cables also make for good cable management.

I'm running the AX1200 and couldn't be happier- extremely quiet (can't hear it operate at all), very efficient, and fully modular. Folding with SMP and 3 570s through the Chimp Challenge it never even warmed up. If you don't need the capacity they have smaller models as well.
