You can always try to improve case air flow, meaning perhaps replace and increase the cfm for the rear exhaust, than use the rear top fan for exhaust, the forward mount top fan opening for more intake which should deliver fresh air in front of the cooler and leaving the front case fan as is.
As a general rule intake through the front/side and exhaust out the rear/rear top. When two top fans are an option the front mount usually for intake. Also may help to mount an internal 80-120mm fan to the back side of the optical bay area depending on how full that area is.
The stock NZXT exhaust fans usually lack in air flow. Try 2 x 65cfm fans for exhaust (Enermax Magna for rear) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835214001
, side and front may be ok with stock and maybe a pair of Scythe Slip Stream 140mm 1200rpm for the top http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185157
Another option would be to switch out the cooler itself for a Scythe Mugen II which fits inside a NZXT M-59 case with no issues http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185142
which will work real well on a quad core as kept my 1090T under load in the mid 50's at 4.0GHz.
