Is it worth it to get Mass Effect 1

just so I can see what happens if Wrex lives, and to see what happens if I choose to save the council instead of let them die? I lost my copy of ME1 and it's like 15 bucks so I thought it might be worth it.

Unless it doesn't matter that much, then I wont bother.

It would almost be like getting two alternate endings for $15? Not bad IMHO, its always fun to play back through ME1 especially since it was such a great story

I would, just because I plan to play through all 3 back-to-back at some point.

Absolutely.

It was a great game.

Worth it. The gameplay mechanics are a bit different from ME2 though (weapon upgrades + overheating instead of ammo clips), but you should be able to adapt to that just fine.

Storyline and graphics are great as ever though.

No doubter. It's still very strategic and fun.

It has been $5 on steam more than once- perhaps you could wait until the price went down? (That is, unless you are on break and have free time now vs later. In that case, go for it)

Internet is to slow to download a game. Takes days.

I've already played the first one multiple times (I lost the DVDs ) I was just wondering if doing things differently made a huge impact on the 2nd one.

Get it. Its a great game either way. Worth playing as I see it and it is not even close to my liked genres lol.
