It was Paradox's new game Sengoku and strategy games pack like Europa Universalis.

I bought it + the DLCs during the Christmas sale and I only played it for a little over an hour until the other thousand games I bought then caught my attention. From what I remember it was a decent strategy game, it had some elements I wasn't used to for the genre (i.e. stamina on your troops, special abilities for your main character/ troops). The start was a little slow. I remember telling myself to re-instal it and give it a proper chance (not an hour of messing around) because I felt like it could be really enjoyable. Knowing what to expect from it I would probably buy it again for the price its at now if I didn't already own it.

It's a solid game, and I think the story is quality enough to keep you playing. Definitely play with a controller would be the general consensus though from people who have it.
