I just don't understand.
People just don't seem to like Homefront. But I think that it's an awesome game from what I've gotten to see just playing the Demo.
It Defaulted at DX11 due to NVidicaca bias. Made the Demo lag excessively. However when I unchecked and restarted, the game ran wicked fast. The graphics are just awesome even when you have 20(or so it seemed like 20) players on each side. Stuff blows up like it's supposed to for the most part and bullet trajectory is reasonably accurate.
I know I haven't played the Campaign and people don't seem to like it due to weak story(Not sure how that could be since it's loosely based on Red Dawn;John Milius/Kevin Reynolds.) which I loved. I think that if you like movies like Red Dawn, The Postman that you would LOVE the game. It is a little spendy at the moment true, but no game is really worth $50. Not unless it comes on BluRay media. Which no game does to my knowledge.
Still I have to say that soon as it comes down to a reasonable price I will be buying the game.
