First power up with first custom WC loop - what I learned

Hey,

I just fired up my new computer for a second (still in the midst of leak testing...but I couldn't resist). It worked (phew).

So, I wanted to let everyone know some stuff I've learned throughout the past few days:

1.) If you get a good tube fit on a compression fitting, it's because you forgot to put the stupid compression cap onto the tubing first (did this more times than I can count lol.)
2.) 3/8" tubing over 1/2" barbs...seemed like a better idea than it was (evidence: the 3/8" scar on my palm.) (I have a mix of barbs and compressions)
3.) Drill to extract screws on a GTX 580: Thank heavens it's not broken...wasn't the best of my ideas. Next time, walk away for a few hours.
4.) EK Tube reservoirs: be careful with these things.

Anyway, things are looking pretty nicely at the moment, and I'd like to THANK OCN.NET for answering ALL of my questions sprinkled throughout many threads lol.

EDIT: Here's a pic I just took while leak testing. Sorry for the bad quality, it's a cell phone pic lol. I'll get a better one when I find my camera battery.
