Run memtest after changing memory frequency, voltage or timing then run prime95 or OCCT for at least 12 hours, I usually do 24 hours just to be safe.

Only for your cpu fan. Which you don't have
The reason for doing this is because if your POST has some other error it will still display it, while only ignoring the cpu fan speed. Since you don't have a fan connected it freaks out a little about that.

You should be able to find the option under Power, then Hardware Monitor, then click enter on CPU Fan Speed and set it to Ignored.

edit: I'm an idiot, thought you had water cooling with fans attached elsewhere. It might disable it for your EVEREST sidebar gadget, you would have to check that. There's still the underlying problem then of why your BIOS thinks you don't have a cpu fan attached, to which I'm clueless.

The cpu fan cooler which has 4 pin and connected to the mobo's 4 pin cpu fan connection doesn't power up right away at startup unlike the other 5 fans powered by molex and the 2nd cpu fan connected to the mobo's chasis fan1 3pin connection.

That is probably why it's giving me error, but for now I disabled cpu q-fan and chasis q-fan. And both running at max speed of 2000rpm, was set to silent in q-fan before and ran 900 +-10% rpm.

Edit: nvm i just shutdown my comp and powered it back and even with q-fan disabled my cm hyper 212+ fan with 4pins starts after 5 secs of power on. Other fans turned on right away. Any of you guys experience the same delay on your 4pin cpu fan?

I have a cm 212+ as well and it powers on immediately at 2000rpm on start-up and takes a few seconds for speed control to kick in and reduce it to 800rpm.
