Well it turns out I am now weighed towards a 5870 . Because I can get it for about £50 more than a 5750. So that will defiantly be worth it don't you think?

How much is that for?

Usually a 5850 is better value for money, but a 5870 is a better card out of the box.

Reference 5850s do overclock really well though.

But don't the 5870's overclock really well too? Because if they do then it opens the gap up a little.

Edit: And also I would get the Accelero XTREME 5870 which would make it silent and it would be as cool as a water cooler.

If those are the prices i'd definitely go for the top 5850.

Remember that OCN members get 5% off at videocardshop.co.uk

They have a brand new 5850 for £109 with the 5% off.

just buy the 5850 a that price its a no brainer.

why buy a 5870 then spend the extra on a accelero cooler ? dont make sense and also it wont be as cool as a watercooled one.
