UPDATE: Tried to overclock with the unlocked core, upped the voltage, went to 15.5x210 and tried to boot.
my pc atm, now whenever I turn it on, It flickers a black screen, and then my monitor goes to some sort of standby mode.

Could you have possibly touch the PCI-E Bus speed by accident? Raising it above 100mhz usually can do more harm than good_
Perhaps you up the voltage a bit too much and your motherboard VRM's overheated causing the motherboard OCP protection to kicked in_
If your mosfets aren't properly heatsinked to help them cool better, perhaps you should look into some Enzotech Mosfet heatsinks to help with the cooling_Edited by httuner - 5/16/11 at 9:39pm
