Haha this is absolutely ridiculous. I didn't have time to read the whole thread, but OP i hope you were talking about an aquarium with just water in it, not fish. Imagine one getting sucked up and running through your loop!

Not going to net any kind of significant cooling for anything more than the first few minutes. Since there's nothing dumping the accumulated heat, the water will store the heat being removed from the system until the system temp and water temp are nearly equal. The more volume, the longer that takes, but it will happen.

On the other hand, if you fill that aquarium with ice water you can get some really good temperatures for a while and it will take longer for the inevitable to occur. If you want to get more extreme, you can use dry ice and 70/30 ethylene glycol/water mixture. With either of those options, you run the risk of condensation since you'll be able to go sub-ambient.

Actually you will transfer some heat through the glass to the air but whether it is at a sufficient rate to cool your system i do not know.

This^^

The aquarium will reach a temperature that your computer will suck at/be inefficient/crash at very quickly (maybe an hour, but I expect sooner). Then you will be required to wait 12-24 hours for the tank to passively cool down, then you can use your computer again. Sounds like a losing strategy to me...
