Sell Wireless gaming headset and get a wired one?

The logitech G930 is a pretty good wireless headset but it is USB so it doesn't work with sound cards.

I could sell it around $100 and get something from Amazon which is wired and decent for gaming I guess.

Should I get just a headset under $100 and use onboard audio or use some of the money to get a decent sound card and a cheaper headset? Or should I keep the G930?

What do you guys recommend, and post some nice options for the budget I listed.

It really depends. If you are content with your G930, then I would keep it.
But for $100 I'm around the same situation as you. Go here for a start

but I would ultimately recommend a Xonar DS and JVC RX700s.

Save up until you can grab a lower end sound card and AD700s. Or grab the headphones now and soundcard later. I would recommend against even a wired headset. Check the recommended audio components thread for more info.
