why would i be impressed when i have a 920? if it was a bigger margin from my cpu i would be more impressed but from where i am at to where it will take me it is subpar. for the money to upgrade to sb 400 - 500$ from a 1366 isn't even close to being stellar dollar per performance. Understand that first, yes, the new 2xxx series is faster but not by a large margin clock for clock.

It's nice. I mean, for me it isn't a HUGE upgrade so I'm passing though if I were in the market for a new CPU, I wouldn't hesitate to take one.

Jumped from the amd955 to the 2600k I am very happy with its performance. This chip destroys my old chip in folding. It runs nice and cool and I was able to overclock it with ease.

with my 470s clocked closer to ur 470s specs..

I only managed to run the basic editions.. couldnt get the 06 to run

also, not running 4ghz no more.. 1.325 for a stable core vs 1.2 for 3.8ghz.. not worth a huge bump but maybe if i ran 4ghz vs ur 4ghz benchies.. maybe the difference will be tighter towards the 10% mark.
