The Sadness

Too make a long story short, My Graphics card im pretty sure is buggered i shall be needing a new, as this sudden break was not planned (as most breaks arent) I don't have all that Much cash to through around, Im looking at maybe under $200 for a new one. I would still like to be able to game on it, Running everything at 10,000 AA Isn't super important to me, just something that runs most games smoothly and can run moden games well. Doesn't Matter ATI or Nvidia, Im a fan Boy of Both =)

GTX 460 (If you can find a deal), 450
Radeon 6850 and 6870 (also if you can find a deal)
and anything thing older then the cards I've listed

Pretty much that's all you can get for your price point.

The 6850 overclocks like a beast. I was able to get to 960 and 1200, 970 and 1180 on the other. Gets you a 15-25% performance boost.

Handles everything on max pretty damn well and you can always CF if you ever need extra power. You'll find it to be a reasonable step up from the 460.

Its overpriced compared to the 6850, plus its out of his price range. For that price you'd be better off getting a 2GB 6950 and unlocking the shaders, more power for less $.

There is a plethora of graphics cards being sold in Overclock.net's For sale section. I just saw a GTX 480 go for $220. You should look there. I think you can find a really good deal homie.
