Hey, can you guys take a look at this and tell me what you think. I will be primarily doing video editing. Is 650W enough to power this set up? Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

thanks

650 should be fine for a single gpu but I would definitely get any other gpu than the 570.

480, 6970, whatever, as long as it isn't prone to blowing up in your face.

Looks fine. You might want to get a way cheaper card if all you're gonna use it for is video editing, like a GTS 450 or lower. GTX 570 is way overkill for that.

I plan on creating alot in after effects and incorporating that into premier with several layers of video. is this card still overkill?

Yeah definitely. Even with all the after effects, a GTS 450 would hardly be utilized. My friend uses a GT 430 for some HD video editing and gets by just fine with it. Your CPU will carry most of the load/strain of video editing, and a 2600K is the best you can get now so you should be fine with it.

WHOA. You definitely want a GPU that can take advantage of the mercury engine within CS5. That 570 will work perfectly and you wanna hold onto it. You may even consider downgrading to a 2500K in that case, as most of the stress will be put on the card... Then you can save $100 and put it elsewhere

Keep the GPU, downgrade the proc.

Wouldn't you want the 2600K for editing though?

$100 towards a better CUDA GPU is a better option. GPU's are infinitely faster than CPUs at encoding video, and $100 isn't worth it for HT.
