So I may hit up MC tonight and get the i5 2500k and Asus P8P67-R3 board.

This is a one day only deal. So should I jump on this??

My specs will be:

CPU: i5 2500K
Mobo: Asus P8P67-R3
RAM: Gskill 2x2GB Ripjaw 1600
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212+
Case: Current. Might buy Corsair 600t...
GPU: Current
PSU: Current
HDD: Current

Would definitely be a nice little upgrade - if the price is right, it is well worth it, should be able to overclock a little higher than current setup (since it is stock higher than your current CPU overclock )

Two tiers up, not bad if the prices are right.

Looks good to me - you should be quite happy with the performance increase over your current CPU.

My current setup is rather quick
I know a new ssd boot would make it alot quicker.

I can get the setup at MC for $320 or so if I buy the cooler there
