It also depends on what type of liquid cooling kit you are looking for and under what terms:

- Does it have to be new?
- Does it have to be pretty?
- How much effort are you willing to put in?

120 pounds translate to about $195 USD, but I am not sure if the currency ratio also applies for how much components actually cost. In the US you can build a fairly good CPU liquid cooling system for $200 provided you buy used parts. As far as budget systems go, if you don't mind DIY projects, here is a list:

- Automotive Heatercore (most common one among original LC enthusiasts in the US was the Bonneville 77, due to being a double heatercore of good dimensions)
- Brass barbs to weld to the inline barbs
- Plastic T-line
- Submersible pond or fountain pump (AquaVia 1300 was a good choice and still can be found on Ebay and aquarium stores)
- Distilled water
- Aquarium copper II sulfate biocide
- 50/50 mixed antifreeze
- Masterkleer or hospital tubing of needed size
- Waterblock of decent performance (old Fuzion or Apogee block)
- AA battery to plug T-line
