it has to go from the right side to the left side. The water cannot enter and exit from the same port

Thats your problem right there, the intake and outtake is on the same side, so the water is just going past them, not into them. need to put one of the watercooling lines on the other side:

Thanks Guy for all the help, that what I did wrong 29c now,what a stupid mistake, first I had to wait on some screws EK did not have in the waterblock package for two week then this stupid mistake.
