no cooling solution is ever perfect. I can only suggest maybe reseating it a few times and trying different tim patterns w/ something like mx-4. The viscosity is great for high end coolers with good mounting.

I recommend just a small rice sized dab in the middle of the cpu, and then make sure you tighten it down evenly as you go, (ie: few turn on top left, then few turns bottom right, then few turns top right, few turns bottom left.) It really helps to create a evently spread pattern between the cpu and the heatsink.

My only other suggestion would be trying for more exhaust out of your case fans than intake. Sounds like your moving plenty of air regardless, but sometimes positive pressure in your case can create some heat pockets that dont cool well and bring up your ambients inside the case. Realistically though were only talking a few C max if everything i mentioned make a small difference.
