the pump is hooked up to my motherboard. and i bled for about 1 hour. though from time to time my setup kind of makes a buzzing/wooshing sound. near the reservoir and pump

Have you tried plugging the pump directly into a PSU lead? I'm not certain the mobo 3-pin is providing enough power to the pump. In fact, the pump should be drawing 18w or so...

*edit* from another thread:

Quote:
Are you running it from a molex line or off the motherboard? I know it comes with a 3 pin plug to go to the motherboard but you should not use that, as most fan headers will not be able to supply enough juice to run a pump. There should be an adaptor included in the package.

*edit* from another thread:
Can you link me the thread. And the molex connector got 2 pins?????

Edit : nevermind found the original 3 pin molex connector. Yeah the pump is pumping at full speed,i can hear it pump. I think i still got some air in the loop cause i still hear a woosh from time to time.

Edit 2: Bled the system for about 2 hours, there was indeed allot of air trapped in the radiator, flipped the fans, changed tim (prolimatech pk1). guess what no difference sigh. I guess my i7 is just really hot or something.

Edit 3 : I think its the fans, the yate loons are ****to to be honest. i had a Scythe Slip Stream SY1225SL12SH from my previous build @ 1900rpm 109cf/m temps dropped 5C just with 1 fan.

The yates would only be adequate on low FPI radiators (XSPC RX series etc). Ideally you'd have higher RPM and Pressure fans. 4 fans in push/pull should help drop the temps even more. Some report shrouds dropping another degree or two as well.
