Probably your best bet if you want to do water cooling and a budget is in mind. Just get the xspc kit. Its so awesome then this also give you freedom to expand or change things out later. Dont forget good fans for your radiators. Then fan controllers. Clamps and barbs or compression fittings. Dont forget the block for your gpu. Depending on your final setup you might need to get another radiator for better cooling your gpu. That is up to you i would just add it in. If you like dont like the temps I would add another radiator in the mix to drops some Celsius. You dont have to add it all at once but when you do add something nice into the loop you will be all like damn that drop my temps. Then the water cooling bug is going to hit you and start a spending spree.
