Not worried at all, I've had this mobo since march of 2010. I just recently upgraded from an X4 955 running at 3.8ghz with a 1.48v 24/7 until the start of this week when i purchased the 1090T. Besides you should do a little bit of review on best AMD/NVIDIA mobo's this one is one of the best chosen. And sorry to say but you kinda sound like you don't know what your talking about.
But fine, it's your board, have fun when it explodes. There have been many cases like this one, with people just not getting it. Just read this, please.
Also, I did do some research, and the first thing that struck me was that it has a 4+1 phase design(6+1 is minimum for 6 cores) and that it is MSI, who have horrible quality mosfets. How about you do some research first, before getting cocky.
