Unless the 28nm process is much further along than most people would think, I doubt you will see mass availability of 28nm parts until mid 2012. They can launch early I guess, if they don't have any problems that force a respin, but it will still be a limited run until stock catches up.
I really think the best we are going to get this year is low/mid range GPUs on the 28nm node. The big die stuff will come in the middle of next year unless TSMC's 28nm process is flawless....... which it won't be considering that their major 40nm issues were the reason Nvidia was so late with the 400 series.
