best rad for under $47?

Thread Starter
I'm looking to build a liquid cpu loop for my sig rig, and am willing to spend about $45 for a rad. So far these seem to be the best I've found for my budget

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=29208

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=30285

Are their any better products for this price or can this same performance be had at a lower price?

I'm also going to use a 275g/h pump will that be enough or too little for one of these rads?

also using 1/2 diameter tubing, if it matters
Thanks!

The RS360 is a good rad for the money.

Which fans will you use?

Radiator dont create a lot of resistance for the pump so youll be fine.

I want to say 1500? but im not really sure, they move a ton of air, I also have some termaltake a0026s that I may use instead

It is my first loop! I'm trying to do a DIY sort of thing, I've getting all of the tubing and fittings from a local hardware shop, getting a 305g/p aquarium pump and building a copper water block my self

the only thing specifically for a pc watercooling system is the rad(which will be replaced by a honda radiator when I can find one on the cheap)

The tubing from the hardware store will discolor in about a week so be prepared for that.

Post pics once you get it up and running.

I'm cool with the discoloration, as long as it doesnt effect performance I dont care.

Sig rig's theme: If it doesn't make it go faster, theres no need for it.

will definitly post some pics, Ill probably have a thread going once I find a nice big radiator

For a CPU only loop? Do you ever plan on expanding to include GPU?

I absolutely do. with a big 20inch civic rad and a 1500cfm fan It would be pointless not to.

The rad that I'm buying now, I'll probably just give to my little brother once I upgrade.
