Radiator tastes bad... bleh

Thread Starter
So, just got done cleaning my radiators before I put them into action later this week. Distilled through them... got a little bit in my mouth.... Radiators taste awful. I mean... I've had worse coffee, but still, this was bad.

But, I do see why everyone recommends cleaning them prior to use. Got little flakes of stuff out of them. Barely even visible. For all I know it could have been a trilobyte.... Or a family of trilobytes...

Point is, I wouldn't wanna drink this crap even if I was stranded in the desert. I'd just as soon drink my own urine.... like... like Bear Grylls.

It's a delicious mix of flux from the welding (or brazing or soldering, not sure what they do) copper dust, and some other junk that's terrible for your health.

I wasn't, when I went to blow it out the first time a bunch got on my face and in my mouth (that's what she said! OOOOOOOOOOOH!). Don't ask me how.

Hmmm...copper and sulfate flux.... Great. Am I going to die? Ah well....

I think u mean trilobites considering trilobyte is a video game manufacturer, but I thought they were extinct, like millions of years ago and were rather large.

The trilobites or the game company?

trilobites that you get today are pretty small. pick them up at any hobby store.

Look at the bright side, when you're digestive system gets through with it, you might end up with a penny or nickel.
