BSOD during Counter-Strike Source

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I just restarted my computer from a BugCheck Error during a Counter-Strike Source Game.

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\\Windows\\MEMORY.DMP."

Now, from what I understand this error code usually means I need to increase VCore, however, this is the first time I've received this code, and I'm Prime95 12 Hour Stable. I've played a bunch of different games and Counter-Strike is the first to give me this. Is this a Counter-Strike issue with Overclocked chips or do I really need to increase my VCore?

If I do need to increase my Voltage, how much should I increase it by and can this BSOD corrupt my OS? Should I reformat?

Any help is really appreciated...

I'd ignore it unless it keeps occuring. The 1e stop error is pretty vague and could have been caused by another program.

You can look through the logs and find out precisely what caused the crash though.

1E means you need to add more vcore.

Your OC is unstable.

Nope. My Graphic Cards are the "Superclocked Editions" which are factory overclocked, I haven't bothered going beyond that because I wouldn't know what to do with it.

How is that possible though? World of Warcraft, Starcraft II, and other games don't cause a BSOD, only Counter-Strike. I've also ran Prime95 Blend for 12 Hours at this overclock without a single error.

i just asked because when i mildly overclocked my graphics (factory or not) css started to fail me too. I resetted them to default and my 5.1 overclock wasn't the proplem
